The Royal Canadian Mint is issuing the final coins of the 2012 year and will commemorate the War of 1812. One of the coins is the Battle of Queenstown Heights and the other First Nation leader Tecumseh.

2012 marks the 200th anniversary of America's "Forgotten War," the War of 1812 that took place over three years, 1812 to 1815.
